Back in March I looked up their website and was excited about the downpipes & testpipes that they advertised. So I called and ordered them. After weeks, I called about it and someone said it was shipped. After some more time I called again and asked this same person to check into it. He did and said the person responsible for sending them out didn't. Plus they didn't have any on site! So they had to get them made again. Once again I called and now this same person said they don't supply the mid pipes anymore and to order them from Stillen. I agreed and he said he will personally see to it that the downpipes are sent Fed EX 2 day air. I made an appointment at a local shop to have them put on today, Friday 5/25. So I called back this past Wednesday and he said they were shipped Tuesday. They still didn't arrive Thursday and since I already had the appointment I dropped the car off early Friday morning thinking the pipes would definitely get here. I called them back again and he said they will arrive today. I even asked for an airbill number which he said he didn't have at the time. So my wife called back in the afternoon to get an airbill number, but the person I dealt with wasn't there at the time and another person said he'll check into it and call right back. He called back and guess what? The pipes were never shipped! So my wife told them to ship it overnight via Fed Ex and to give her an airbill number. Well my wife got the airbill number and it should arrive sometime Saturday. The problem is the car is in the shop with the exhaust all apart and they will not be back until Tuesday to work on it. I still can't believe I ordered them 2 months ago back in March and had to go through all this. I am very patient person but this is the worst experience I ever went through. Good luck to anyone who orders anything from SpeedLABNYC. If I didn't live so far away (Minnesota) I would have drove there and picked them up myself. Now these pipes better fit or I'll have a heart attack!
